On-Demand Training

Join this practical, non-promotional educational session designed for team members who engage with patients and support colorectal cancer screening efforts. This session provides easy-to-understand education on colorectal cancer basics, including average vs. high-risk patients, common patient questions, barriers to screening, and the impact of medical mistrust in certain populations. Participants will also learn effective communication techniques such as motivational interviewing and shared decision-making to help guide patients through the screening process with confidence.

By the end of the session, staff will feel better equipped to answer questions, build trust, and support patients from screening recommendation through completion.
